The Binding: Sovereignty or Servitude

Chains in Code: The Euphemisms of the New Slavery

The following unfolds as a whisper in the corridors of power—an academic cipher, not legal counsel.

Behold the first grand betrayal: the Four Organic Laws, hailed as our shield, are shackled to the very soil ceded to Washington’s bureaucrats. As Dr. Eduardo Rivera exposes, “Congress cannot write laws for Japan… nor regulate you without your consent—unless you stand on U.S. soil.” Thus, the promise of self-governance is a mirage, dissolved by territorial limits hidden in plain sight.

Yet an even darker treachery lurks in the Constitution of September 17, 1787. Behind closed doors, our Founders wove modern slavery into America’s DNA—never naming “slaves” or “Negroes,” but cloaking human bondage in euphemism. Dr. Claude Anderson lays bare their design: Jefferson, Madison, and their peers encoded a “peculiar institution,” crafting a permanent under-class of Black souls while showering white immigrants with unearned rights.

“They sanitized their language to shield their atrocity—avoiding fingerprints on the instruments of oppression.”
Dr. Claude Anderson, A Black Historical Reader

This “compromise” cemented two orders of justice: one for the free, one for the fettered. As C.F. Volney mourned, our very conscience split in two—justice unraveling at the seams of contradiction.

Despite the vows of equality, the Dred Scott decision declared, “A Black man has no rights which a White man is bound to respect,” a verdict never truly erased. Even Lincoln’s famed Emancipation Proclamation—hailed each June 19—was a wartime gambit, freeing slaves beyond Union reach while keeping those within chains intact.

So here stands the crossroads of our fate: Will you bow to the hollow promises of Civil Law—rights granted by men—or will you reclaim the unalienable Natural Rights bestowed at birth? Will you shoulder the weight of history’s deception, or slip once more into the comfort of illusions?

Quick Shadows of Truth:

  • Five “Emancipation Proclamations” drafted, yet none truly liberated a single slave.

  • The “peculiar institution” remains a specter haunting our statutes.

  • Genocide lurks wherever a people are condemned to silence and deprivation.

The die has been cast. Will you peer behind the veil, confront the double-cross, and awaken to the immutable Law of Nature? Or will you let this knowledge fade into the silence of forgotten truths?
